Who is responsible
AxiomCapital OÜ, registry code 17033009, Tornimäe tn 7-99, Tallinn 10156, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: office@axiomcapital.eu.
What we collect
- Information you submit. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation and message you enter, together with the date and time of submission and the country your request originated from.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes the IP address and browser details of every request in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not combine this with anything else and we do not use it to identify visitors.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page load performance. It sets no cookies, does not use local storage, and does not create a profile of you or follow you across sites.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies and use no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not send marketing communications.
- We do not use your enquiry for any purpose other than replying to it.
Why we may process it, and on what basis
We process what you submit in order to read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or, where your enquiry concerns a possible contractual relationship, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical information and visit statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and understanding how it is used.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, visit statistics, and the anti-spam check shown on the contact form. Cloudflare Turnstile is used instead of a conventional CAPTCHA because it sets no cookies and does not profile visitors.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the notification email generated by the contact form.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. — hosting of our email, including enquiries sent through the contact form or directly to our address. Mail is stored in Zoho's European Union data centres.
Each acts as a processor under a written agreement. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter it concerns and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, and is then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period and are not archived by us.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our processing of it, or request that it be provided in a portable form. Write to office@axiomcapital.eu and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, Tallinn 10134, Estonia.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
